how will i know the ads are working for me?

The average turnaround time, from signup to ads being live, is 2 business days. Our team will send you the first campaign report via email within 1-3 business days after your campaign hit the two-week mark. We will send you the second campaign report one month after the campaign launch. After month one, campaign reports are sent out monthly. You may also request a report at any time after the one month mark. The campaign will continue to run until the service is canceled by contacting us . If you choose to cancel, we will schedule the campaign to complete at the end of the current term month.

how do you target the perfect audience for my FB & ig ads?

We use the Facebook pixel, it's a piece of code that is placed on your website and lets us measure, optimize, and build audiences for your campaign. When a user visits your website and takes an action (ex. Making a purchase, submitting a form), the pixel is triggered and reports the action. This allows us to track when a customer completed an action after seeing your Facebook ad. This gives us the ability to reach this customer again by using a custom audience or create a lookalike audience based on users who have already converted.

where do my google ads show and who will see them?

The ads appear at the top of Google Search results, in the text ads area. We can optionally connect to Google Maps ads as well.

By default we target to the city of the business, but you can target any cities or geographical areas that you prefer.

how are the google ads generated?

We use AI and automation to take the information about what a business sells, generate extensive keyword variations for each product or service, and create a locally targeted ad campaign - all behind the scenes. No management is required on your part.

how are the keywords for google ads generated?

We generate extensive keyword lists for each of the products / services found on the website provided. We focus on intention based keywords that are tailored to each product / service the business sells, omitting the negative keywords that can result in unqualified traffic.

is video creation included with the youtube
ads service?

We do offer a Video Creation service, but it is an optional add-on that would be charged separately for each new video created. If you cannot provide your own videos,let us know and we will provide you with more details about our Video Creation service.

what is the recommended length for the video?

We recommend 15s and 30s spots. The video needs to be uploaded to a Youtube channel, so that you can share the URL with our team.

how and where will my youtube ad appear?

We have a variety of options depending on your goals for the ad and target audience. The options are broken down into skippable & non-skippable ads.


Your video ad plays before, during, or after other videos. After 5 seconds, the viewer has an option to skip the ad.



Your video ad is 15 seconds or shorter and plays before, during or after another video. Viewers do not have the option to skip the ad.

There are three different types of skippable/non-skippable ads:


Discovery Ads

This format is used to promote a video in places of discovery, including next to related YouTube videos, as part of a YouTube search result, or on the YouTube mobile homepage. Your ad consists of a thumbnail image from your video with some text. While the exact size and appearance of the ad may vary depending on where it appears, video discovery ads always invite people to click to watch the video.

Bumper Ads

A short video ad format designed to allow you to reach more customers and increase awareness about your brand. Use this format when you’d like to reach viewers broadly with a short, memorable message. Your bumper video ad is 6 seconds or shorter and plays before, during, or after another video. Viewers do not have the option to skip the ad.

Outstream Ads

Mobile-only video ads that play on partner websites and within apps. They begin playing with the sound off and users need to tap the ad to unmute. Advertisers are only charged when more than half of the ad screen space is shown for two seconds or more. It's a cost-effective format designed to increase your video reach.

Do you monitor comments on my ads?

We don't monitor comments left on your ads. As a business, you will receive notifications every time a reaction, comment, or share is left on an ad.
