Basecamp Tutorial
Once you've been onboarded you will receive an invitation via email to set up your account in Basecamp. You can access the platform via your browser, or for easier access you can download the desktop/mobile apps at the links below.
The dashboard comes in 'Light' & 'Dark' modes, you are previewing the dark mode.
Let's Get Started!
Once you are all set up and logged in to your dashboard, you will see your project folder titled with your business name. This is where all the magic will be happening, the title will also include the recurring services that are included in your package for reference.
Project Folder
After clicking on the project folder from the dashboard, you will see several different sections. The Schedule section will be for any important dates or events you would like to share with our team. The To-Do's section is where you will find any pending action items or approvals which can be checked off once completed. The Docs & Files section has a few different folders where you can share files such as email lists, images, videos, etc. The Message Board section is where you can share any important announcements that will open up a thread for discussion if needed, this is also where our team will include any meeting recaps. Finally, the Client Chat section is a group chat that is shared with our entire team where you can check in with any questions you may have or share any information that might be helpful for our marketing campaigns.
