Accessibility Statement

Marketing Empire Group strives to ensure that its digital services are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Digital accessibility is not just a target we aim to achieve. It is an ongoing commitment that we carry through every aspect of our digital service delivery. We recognize that this requires continuous monitoring, improvement, and adaptation.

We are committed to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our efforts also align with emerging laws and standards, including:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the 2024 U.S. Department of Justice accessibility rule

  • California AB 1757, which requires WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for consumer-facing websites as of January 2025

  • The European Accessibility Act (EAA), which applies to digital services offered in the European Union beginning June 2025

Tools and Features

A key element of our accessibility initiative is our engagement with a third-party accessibility consulting organization, UserWay, to help bring the website into conformance. We use industry standard accessibility methods and tools to support this effort.

Our website, marketingempiregroup.com, makes available the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. This Widget provides user-triggered enhancements that allow visitors to adjust the site to meet their specific needs. These features include font size increases, animation control, contrast adjustments, and more. Visitors can activate one or more features to improve usability and comfort.

These features are provided as optional enhancements. While they include tools aligned with WCAG Level AAA capabilities, our baseline target for compliance is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The Widget supports accessibility but may not address every user need or resolve all accessibility issues. We continue to supplement it with manual reviews and improvements.

In addition, we have enabled Automated Remediation Technology (ART) for all visitors. ART does not detect assistive technology usage. Instead, it delivers real-time improvements to accessibility for all users. These remediation capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Adding alternative text to images and non-text elements where appropriate

  • Enhancing keyboard navigation through focus indicators and skip links

  • Improving structural layout for better screen reader support

We acknowledge that automated tools alone are not sufficient. That is why we supplement automation with periodic manual accessibility testing, user feedback, and updates based on evolving best practices and legal standards.

Ongoing Monitoring and Compliance

Our team regularly reviews the website and digital content for accessibility. We aim to implement accessibility improvements based on internal audits, user reports, and changes in applicable law or standards. We are committed to continuous improvement and transparent progress.
